How Can severe Headache Be Treated?
I have been having an unusual headache the past 3-4 weeks. I have a shooting pain in the right side of what feels like my brain. It starts at the base of my skull and shoots through my head over my right eye. I have also had over the past several months trouble with my words coming out right. Should I be concerned about a brain lesion or aneurysm?

Hello,
It might be a tension headache or a cluster headache. As a first line management, you can try analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
